Instructions on Merging of multiple CIF in DOP Finacle
Dear Sir/MadamSB CIF is to be treated as MAIN CIF and all CIFs (including PPF) should be linked to SB CIF only.
Patch has already been deployed to merge PPF CIFs with SB CIFs.
Please let us know issues if any.

hello sir,ek doubt tha ...eq.ppf account ka cif no sb account ko merge karne ke baad ppf account ka cif ka kya karna chahiye...wo jo unnecessary cif hoga uska kya hoga? plz guid us.

Sir 1 sb account ki cif me aadhar or pan card no nahi laga hai lekin dusri cif me laga hai dusri cif ko 1st account me merge kiya par nahi hua error ai hai ki 1st cif me atm isdu hai vo change nahi hoga please help me

DeleteSB ATM CIF is Master CIF. Please merge all account in SB ATM CIF. The suspend the rest CIF which are not attached to any account.
Please make a command for merging more than one account in a cif id.

ReplyDeleteA customer has two sb a/c, one single & other joint. In joint a/c cif is linked with adhar but single is not linked with adhar. How shall link adhar with single a/c for this customer ?
Is there any other menu available other tham hcca to merge huge number of nsc certificates in a single cif of savings before nsc closure

ReplyDeleteSir, one customer have two CIF both are Aadhar linked. But one is verified and another is unverified. When trying to add mobile number with verified CIF, throwing error "Aadhar is linked to another CIF". When tried to verify, cancel or modify the unverified CIF by the same user the page is getting blanked. How to solve this issue?
