POSB Account Statement Print in Finacle

Many time customer demands statement of their accounts. In finacle, HPSP command is available for print statement of all account. The following process is given for using this command.
  • Menu Shortcut - HPSP
  • GO
  • The following screen will be appeared.
  • From A/c ID - 
  • To A/c ID -
  • Event - Duplicate -
  • Period From -
  • Period To -
  • Statement Size - Half
  • Submit
  • Menu Shortcut - HPR
  • GO
  • The following Screen will be appeared.

  • Select Statement of Accounts
  • Print Screen 
  • The following screen will be displayed

  • Click on Print Button
  • Hence the statement of account is ready for customer.

    Everything is fine but when I clicking print screen... Adobe error is coming...

    We want integrate this with our customer facing application.when customer submit request, system should send statement on register ed email address.
