Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, vide its OM Dated 8.4.2016 has now allowed sale of physical pre-printed NSC and KVP by post offices.
However, post offices either CBS or non CBS should place rubber stamps on NSC & KVP before handing over to the customer/Agent. Sample of rubber stamp is attached with this mail.
