Delete Wrong Signature Photograph of Accounts - POFinacleGuide

It is noticed by CPA many time that some of accounts which have wrong photograph and signature. It is major issue in these days. We have to delete these signature  and send new KYC form to CPC for uploading fresh signature/Photograph. The procedure of deletion of signature and photograph is given here.

  • Menu Shortcut - MSSP
  • GO
  • The following screen will be displayed.

  • Function - D-Delete
  • CIF ID -
  • GO
  • The following screen will be displayed.
  • Select the Delete Ratio button.
  • Check Record Del in Edit Signature Details.
  • Check Record Del in Edit Photograph Details.
  • Submit.
  • Now Login as supervisor.
  • Use Menu as MSSP
  • Function - V-verify
  • CIF ID- 
  • GO
  • The following screen will be appeared.
  • Select All check box.
  • Submit
  • The following screen will be displayed.
  • Now the signature and photograph will be removed from CIF.
  • You can recover the deleted signature/photograph as taking function as R-Recover.

    Dear all,

    Kindly check as to whether all CPAs can do this. Please check this. There has to be a check on all these please. There is room for mischief. Kindly check please.

    We are not able to delete the particular photo and signature of many uploaded photos and signature and the delete option is not enabled.Also Please clarify the menu MSSP is not accessible in supervisor id
