New Procedure - Creation of Agent (HDSAMM) in DOP Finacle

At the time of Migration, All Agents are migrated which are available in Sanchay Post. But sometimes we have to create new agent in Finacle If new agent is registered by District Collector Office. We have to receive all document from Agent. Now the process in Finacle is described below

1.Menu Shortcut - HDSAMM 
2.GO 
3.The following screen will be displayed.


4. Function - C-COPY 
5. DSA ID - Any Old MPKBY/SAS according to Agent Type,     present in Finacle as Source DSA ID. 
6. GO 
7. The following Screen will be appeared 

8. Before Giving "To Direct Selling Agent ID" Please Note below things 
  1. This DSA ID will be User ID of Agent at Agent Portal (https://dopagent.indiapost.gov.in) 
  2. Do not Start the Agent ID with "MIG". It is for only migrated Agent ID. 
  3. Please do not give special character to DSA ID i.e. @#$%^&*() and space between character. 
  4. We advice you please make DSA ID in format of MI+SOL ID+00+S.No. i.e. MI331304010051 Assume in your SOL already 50 agents are working then new agent serial no. is 51. 

9. Fill the New DSA ID in "To Direct Selling Agent ID" as Target 10. DSA ID. 
11.GO 
12. The following screen will be displayed. 


13. Change DSA Name with New DSA Name 
14. Change Address Line 1, 2, 3, City, Country, State, Postal Code with New DSA Address Line 1, 2, 3, City, Country, State, Postal Code. 
15. Licence No. - New DSA Licence No. 


16. Commission Cr. A/c ID - New Agent SB A/c No. 
17. Tax Code - TDSAG 
18. Agent Type - MPKBY/SAS 
19. License Expiry Date - 
20. SET ID - SOL ID of office. 
21. Click on Product Tab 
22. The following screen will be displayed. 



23. Now yor are seeing 20 records are automatically available. This is due to copy function which we are used. We don't advice our viewer to choose A-Add function otherwise they have to add one by one product. 
24. Click Submit 
25. Login as supervisor 
26. And verify from same command. 
27. After Verification only MPKBY agent has to be sent to your CPC (CBS) with following Detail:- 
  1. Office Name
  2. Agent First Name
  3. Agent Last Name
  4. DSA ID
  5. SOL ID
  6. Agent Type - MPKBY
  7. For New Creation

    HOW CAN COPY OF ANOTHER AGENT IN OTHER OFFICE

    A DSA ID of any SOL can be use in copy function in any SOL. There is no such strictness.
