HPR Menu stands for Print Report. Automatic System Generated and User Defined HFINRPT Menu Reports are available in HPR. Many time we can't find report due to error "Error Occurred in Interaction with the Server " The error is like below screen shoot.
Reason of Error :- This error is coming when a bulk no of report are generate in particular user id. So finacle system could not load the all report. Result the error "Error Occurred in Interaction with the Server "
Finacle Solution :- Please report the issue to Help Desk through your CPC (CBS).
