- First get confirmed with CPC,Tamilnadu whether the finacle server is
down.If the finacle server is down, wait until further intimation from
cpc regarding restoration of finacle.
If only your PC gets problem in finacle accessibility, then precheck the following points before escalating the issue
- Check whether India Post website and
other white listed URLs of sify are accessible, if problem in accessing all
website experienced, get raised complaint ticket with sify.
- If all other websites are accessible
and only issue with finacle then clear the cache, temporary internet files and
restart internet explorer and check it out
- If still problem persists then go to
internet option, Advanced tab and check whether “use TLS 1.0” is ticked
as that of screen shot.
- If you are experiencing the problem
still, restart the PC and once again get confirmed of all points mentioned
above and then escalate the non accessibility of finacle to appropriate level.
- if you have error messages like applet
not initialized properly(java issue), Contact System Administrator to fix the
issue having java initialize issues.
- If you have problem like particular
menu not working,try after some time.If the problem could not be resolved, then
refer the CPC over phone regarding non functioning of menus.
- Dont forget to check the blocking
validations,if u have any problems get referred to CPC. and once EOD
done,ensure "HSCOD completed" in EODMON menu
