New ATM Form has been released by India Post. All details should be collected in this form. First CPA updates the customer CIF with all mandatory field given in ATM Form. The download link is given here.

ReplyDeleteKindly clarify on the KYC forms for opening of accounts. Is it not a must to obtain two KYC forms and preserve one at the office and send one to CPC. Kindly clarify.
Please take one kyc form and it has to be sent CPC. The AOF and ID proof will be placed in PO.

DeleteWhat are the items to be modified in CIF for issue of ATM card. Clarify whether 2 KYC forms to be obtained from the customer those who have opened the accounts before migration.
No need to collect KYC form. The form has already detail of KYC.You can take ID and address proof according to detail given in form and new changing required in CIF. The following things has to be modify in CIF:-
DeleteName - 21 character (remove special character)
Correct gender
Correct father/husband name
Correct Address
Correct DOB
Correct Mobile no. and email ID
Mothers maiden name.
Cpc is uploading sign and photos sent by po after 2 or 3 months. They should upload sign after 1 or 2 days as they recieve cif kyc forms.
