How to Find CIF No. From Account No. in Finacle
We can find the CIF No. from Account No./Loan Account No. with Use of HACCDET command in bank or DOP Finacle. Many time we have to open new account of customer and we don't know the CIF ID. If customer has any account ID of any CBS office. We can find the CIF No. with use of below easy step.- Menu Shortcut - HACCDET
- GO
- The following screen will be displayed.
- A/c ID - Customer A/c No.
- GO
- The following screen will be displayed.
- Now the First Column is showing CIF ID of account.

if i want to Know my account From my PAn number and aahdar card number in Finacle then What is the procedure For that , The customer has not know Account number Even he has keft with His pass book os there any procedure for the Find the account number
