Fatal Error Occurred when invoked any Command for Account in Finacle
Sometime an error "Fatal Error Occurred" comes when we try to invoked any command i.e. HACLI, CTM for SB, HTM, CRDP for RD, CPDTM for PPF or SSA as situation for these account. Why this error comes for these accounts & what is the solution for this error? First look below two screen shoot of HACLI & Error.
Reason of Error :- For the CIF ID, there are two Mailing Address with same start date and end date. These address are overlapping each other. Means the Address valid from and Address valid to are same.
Solution of Error :- Please use CMRC to correct overlapping of start date and end date. There should not be any overlapping. Given screen shoot may be clear solution.
It means the Address valid to of Address Detail 1 ends the next date should be Address valid from for Address Detail 2. The Address valid to for Address Detail 2 should be 31-12-2099.
Please correct these field and submit. The verification should be done from supervisor in CMRC. Now check the account, this error has been removed.
