Error - Deposit Not Allowed for Invalid Account While PPF Deposit in Finacle
CPDTM Menu is used for PPF Deposit. Sometime when we deposit the amount in PPF from CPDTM, an error is coming "Deposit Not Allowed for Invalid Account". The error screen shoot is given below:-
Solution :-
- First Unfreeze the account in HAFSM
- Verify from Supervisor
- Now do Debit Freeze the Account in HAFSM
- Verify from Supervisor
- Now Deposit the Subscription in CPDTM.
