Run Time Error while verification/cancel of RD Account in CRDCAAC
A new error "Run Time Error" is occurred in RD closure verification or cancel. Supervisor adopts the following procedure for Verification of RD Closure.
- Menu Shortcut - CRDCAAC
- GO
- The following screen will be displayed.
- Function - V-Verify
- A/c ID -
- Go
- The following screen will be displayed.
- Click on Submit Button.
- The following screen will be displayed with error.
- Solution :- First report the issue to your CPC for getting proper solution from Help desk Infosys.
- Temporary Solution :- If no solution is received. Take the following step to handle this situation.
- If you have given the Cheque/ Cash to account holder. Then take it manually in LOT. Verify the account as solution is received.
- If you don't give the Cheque/ Cash to account holder. Verify the account as solution is received.
- In Premature Account, one Tran ID of default fee is created. Delete the Tran ID in HTM to clear the blocking validation. When solution is received. First cancel the account in CRDCAAC and then proceed the closure again in CPA and verify in super.
- In Matured account direct verification can be proceeded.
