Agent Portal Access Solution By Finacle Solution
The agent users have to clear the browser cache and then try to login. Please ask agents to follow the steps below to clear the cached temp files.
- 1. Click on Windows and R button together.
- 2. In the Run window, type %temp% and press enter.
- 3. The temp folder will be opened. Delete all the files in this folder.
- 4. Remove any saved favorite link as well from the browser. Tools>Delete Browsing History
