The Logon Token is Empty error of CIF Creation or Verification in DOP Finacle.
In DOP Fincle the CCRC command is used for CIF Creation and CMRC is for Modifying/Verification existing CIF. Sometime we face an error " The Logon Token is empty" at the time of CIF Creation or Verification. The error is same as image given here.
Reason of Error - This error is not related to particular SOL. All SOLs face this error if any changes has made CIF Level in centrally server.
Finacle Solution - Please report the issue to Help Desk through your CPC (CBS).
