Means of Balance, Closing Balance, Effective Future Balance, Future Credit Balance of SB A/c in DOP Finacle
Situation - The closing balance of a SB Account is Rs 140500.00Cr. Customer wants to withdrawal Rs 50000.00Cr at counter but System shows available balance Rs 500.00Cr and Effective Available Balance Rs 500.00Cr as seen in screen shoot.
The counter PA requests to customer that He can't withdrawal the amount due to insufficient balance. But account has sufficient balance of Rs 140500.00Cr. In this situation counter PA should check the A/c with HACLI & HACCBAL to find the exact balance.

- GO
- The following screen will be appeared after giving the A/c ID and Press GO button.
- See Balance - 500.00Cr
- Closing Balance - 140500.00Cr
- Effective Available Amt. - 500.00Cr
- Now see a transaction of dated 04.09.2015 but Value date is post dated 27.09.2015 comparison of today date 11.09.2015
- This is the main issue.
- Now Use the HACCBAL command
- The following screen will be appeared after giving the A/c ID and Press GO button.
- Balance - 500.00Cr
- Available Amt. 500.00Cr
- Future Credit Amt. 140000.00Cr
- Future Clear Balance Amt. 140000.00Cr.
- This future credit amount will be added automatically in balace after 27.09.2015 and effective availble balance will be 140500.00Cr.
