SB Deposit and Withdrawal in DOP Finacle

SB deposit and withdrawal are very commanly used at counter. This exercise is very familiar for all but this post is very benificial for newly migrated offices. The CTM command is used for deposit and withdrawal. The following process is used for deposit and withdrawal.

For Deposit in SB Account
  • Menu Shortcut - CTM
  • GO
  • The following Screen will be appeared
  • Function - Add
  • Function Type - Deposit
  • GO
  • A/c ID -
  • Amount - 
  • Post
  • Note the tran ID
  • Supervisior will verify the tran id in same command like screen shoot

For Withdrawal in SB Account
  • Menu Shortcut - CTM
  • GO
  • The following Screen will be displayed
  • Function - Add
  • Function Type - Withdraw
  • GO
  • The following screen will be appeared
  • A/c No -
  • Amount -
  • Signature view - Check Customer Signature (below screen shoot)

  • Mode of transaction - Cheque/Withdrawal Slip
  • Post
  • Note The tran ID 
  • Supervisor will verify the tran ID in CTM command
