Office Account Ledger Print in DOP Finacle
HACLPOA command stands for Office A/c. Ledgers Print. We have mentioned in our earlier post list of office account. If this post is not read please read first with below link
Many time we need to print Ledger Account due to various reason ex. at time of inspection, at time preparing maturity cheque of customer etc. The HACLPOA command is used for all purpose. The following procedure is adopted for this.
- Menu Shortcut - HACLPOA
- GO
- The following screen will be displayed
- Report To - PM
- From A/c Range -
- To A/c Range -
- Period From
- Period To
- Submit
- The following screen will be displayed.
- Click OK button.
- Menu Shortcut - HPR
- GO
- The following screen will be appeared.
- Select Report as Office Account Ledger
- Click Print Screen Button.
- The following screen will be displayed at main screen.
- Check Report
- Click Print Button
- The report is ready at Printer.
