Error - A Time Stamp Error Occurred in RD Closure of Finacle
CRDCAAC command is used for RD Closure of Bank or DOP Finacle. Sometimes an error "A Time Stamp Error Occurred .........." when closure of RD is proceed. The error screen shoot is given below. Open and see the error
1. A/c Level Error
- There is any pending verification of A/c. You can check it using HAFI command.
- The use of HAFI command has already been discussed in our earlier post.
2. CIF Level Error :-
- There may be special character in name of A/c Holder.
- There may be two address detail in Address column.
- Now You have to verify account through CRDACM.
- If there is CIF Level error please modify the CIF in CMRC and correct the column detail of CIF. Verify from supervisor in CMRC
- After verification try to close account in CRDCAAC.
