Error Retry Menu Option in Salary/Pension uploading in DOP Finacle
HTTUM command is used for posting of Pension, Salary and Nrega wage deposit. It is very useful command for deposit the bulk transaction with one step. TTUM.exe is used for converting excel file to txt. file which is acceptable by Finacle.
But sometime error " Retry Menu Option " is coming while invoking the HTTM menu. The error is given in screen shoot.
Solution :-
- Please Logout first.
- Close the Internet Explorer.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click Tools>Delete Browsing History.
- Click Delete Button.
- Please note Preserve Favorites Website data should be unchecked.
