Close of SSA Account due to Wrongly Opened in DoPFinacle
As you know there is no separate Menu/Command for SSA account Open/Deposit/Close. We use CPPFAO for open the account and CTM for deposit the amount time to time. Now what can we do when we open SSA account wrongly and have to close this account. There is no command for closing the SSA Account in Finacle. But temporary solution is given here to close the SSA Account.
HCAAC is used for closure SSA account due to wrongly opened. The procedure is given below.
- Menu Shortcut - HCAAC
- GO
- The following screen is displayed.
- Function - Z-Close
- A/c ID -
- Balance - Transfer
- Transaction Type - Cash
- Go
- The following screen will be displayed
- Click on Closure TAB
- Reason Code - EXP
- Submit
- Verify from Supervisor in Same Command
