Verify/Cancel is Pending For This Registration Number and CIFID in Bulk Discharge of Certificate

CNSBCV command is used for Bulk discharge of Certificate in Finacle. Sometime we receive an error message "verify/cancel is pending for this registration number and CIFID" at the time of Bulk Discharge like below screen shoot.

Then we try to Vrify or Cancel for this registration Number. Now We also get the second error "There is nothing to verify or cancel". This situation is very painful.

Finacle Solution :- 
  • Login as CPA
  • Menu Shortcut - HCAACVTD
  • GO
  • The following screen will be displayed.

  • Function - X-Cancel
  • A/c ID -
  • GO
  • Cancel All Account ID one by one.
  • Now try to Discharge Certificate in CNSBCV
  • This will work fine.

    We have to cancel the account in HCAACVTD and close the certificate in CNSBCV, then verify in CNSBCV

    This menu is not preferable due to not able to do cancell in this menu for NSC certificate
